المقارنة بين أداء القيادات السياسية في أي بلدين مسألة معقدة لكنها تصبح أكثر حدّة عندما تُقرأ من زاوية النتائج الملموسة على الأرض.
ففي حين تُقدَّم القيادة الإيرانية بوصفها نموذجًا لسلطة تُجيد توحيد خطابها الخارجي وتثبيت أولوياتها الاستراتيجية يبدو المشهد في العراق وكأنه غارق في دوامة من التردد والصراع الداخلي الذي لا ينتهي.
في إيران يظهر الخطاب الرسمي متماسكًا حول فكرة “الصمود” في مواجهة الضغوط الدولية والحرب المفروضة في عليهم خصوصًا من الولايات المتحدة وإسرائيل.
هذا التماسك والتلا م بين القيادة والشعب يُترجم إلى قدرته على اتخاذ قرارات حاسمة دون الوقوع في شلل سياسي ظاهر.
القيادة هناك تتبنى سردية الدفاع عن السيادة الوطنية وتبني حولها إجماعًا داخليًا وهذا يتجلى بخروج الشغب الايراني ليلاً بتظاهرات مؤيدة لقياداته السياسية وهذا بحد ذاته ما يمنحها مساحة للمناورة ويُظهرها بمظهر الدولة التي تعرف ما تريد حتى في أصعب الظروف.
في المقابل يعكس المشهد العراقي حالة مختلفة تمامًا. فبدلًا من أن تكون العملية السياسية أداة لتحقيق الاستقرار تحولت إلى ساحة صراع مفتوح بين قوى يفترض أنها متحالفة. الإخفاق المتكرر في الاتفاق على اختيار رئيس للوزراء ضمن الأطر الدستورية لا يبدو مجرد تعثر عابر بل مؤشر على خلل أعمق في بنية النظام السياسي نفسه. فالقضية لم تعد تتعلق بتباين في وجهات النظر بقدر ما تعكس غياب رؤية وطنية جامعة رؤية تقديم المصالح الشخصية على مصلحة الوطن.
الائتلافات التي يفترض أنها تمثل ثقلاً سياسياً تعجز عن تقديم مرشح توافقي ضمن المهل المحددة ما يضعف ثقة الشارع ويكرّس الانطباع بأن المصالح الحزبية والشخصية تتقدم على مصلحة الدولة.
ومع كل تأخير تتآكل هيبة المؤسسات وتتعزز قناعة المواطنين بأن النخبة السياسية تدير خلافاتها بمعزل عن معاناة الناس اليومية.
من هنا يتضح جلياً ان النظام الايراني يتميّز بروح وطنية ومتماسكة الى حد التفاني من اجل الشعب بالرغم من الحصار الدولي الذي تجاوز 47 عاماً.
في النهاية الفارق الجوهري لا يكمن فقط في “نية” القادة بل في قدرتهم على بناء منظومة حكم تُقدّم المصلحة العامة على الحسابات الضيقة. وبينما تُظهر إيران نموذجًا لقيادة متماسكة تضحي من أجل الشعب وهذا يتجلى بتقديمها القيادات الايرانية قرابين في سبيل الوطن بينما نجد العراق ما زال يبحث عن صيغة توازن تخرجه من مأزق الانقسام المزمن.
والسؤال الذي يبقى مطروحًا: إلى متى يمكن للسياسة أن تستمر كصراع نخب دون أن تتحول إلى مشروع دولة يخدم المجتمع فعلاً؟
